Autonomous Counterbalance Forklift

The FL300E scales the same autonomous platform to 3 tonnes — heavier pallets, longer routes, and outdoor-to-indoor transfers without a driver. The full autonomy suite ships standard: reflector-free laser SLAM navigation, a C32 main LiDAR with layered blind-spot coverage, fork-tip pallet sensing with adaptive fork centering, and fleet-level RCS scheduling that integrates with existing MES/ERP/WMS environments through the WCS layer.

Engineering in Detail

FL300E docked at a wireless charging station
Contactless wireless charging — magnetic-resonance energy transfer with no plugs and no wear contacts. The 6 kW dock runs a 7-inch touch panel for charge control, status, data and fault logging.
Fork carriage and tip sensors
Fork-tip LiDAR reads pallet edges and pocket positions on the line, then adjusts body and fork attitude so every pick seats squarely.
Mast and drive-end detail
Layered obstacle avoidance: the C32 main LiDAR plus supplementary sensors eliminate blind zones — on approach the truck slows, brakes, and stops outside the safety envelope.
Rear counterweight with charging interface
Rear blind-spot LiDARs and contact safety edges cover the counterweight swing zone; any intrusion or contact stops the vehicle immediately.
Low-angle view of fork tips and carriage sensors
Fork-level sensing keeps working at ground level — the carriage reads pallet pockets even on low-slung stillages.
Graded detection zones around the vehicle
Graded safety field — the audio-visual system escalates by zone in priority order: voice alert, steady light, strobe, and emergency stop.
Rear counterweight sensors and safety edge
Twin rear sensors and a full-width contact edge guard the counterweight arc — the most common pinch point in reversing.
